The San Antonio Police Department and Bexar County Sheriff's Office require all school buses involved in any accident to provide a seating chart indicating where each student was seated on the bus at the time of an accident.  A form for this purpose was developed by the Southwest ISD Transportation Division, in coordination with both the San Antonio Police Department and the Bexar County Sheriff's Office. The Southwest ISD Transportation Division has granted permission to share this resource on our website which can be accessed in the documents tab below.
